SHA Wellness Clinic is an international leader in integrative health, prevention, and longevity. It has been recognised as the “World’s Best Wellness Clinic” at the World Spa Awards for several consecutive years. Through the SHA Method, we combine cutting-edge medical innovation, evidence-based natural therapies, and healthy nutrition to help people achieve and maintain an optimal state of physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.

Since opening in 2008, SHA has transformed the lives of more than 65,000 guests from around the world and continues to expand its impact, with its flagship property in Spain, a new destination in Mexico, and upcoming openings in Dubai and the UAE. SHA is a Green Globe-certified brand and brings together a truly multicultural team united by the mission of creating transformative and memorable experiences for every guest.

We are looking for a Trade Marketing to rebuild and then systematically grow SHA's visibility, preference and share of mind inside every partner that sells us — luxury travel agencies and consortia, wellness and medical travel specialists, DMCs, key corporate and referral accounts. It converts commercial priorities into a concrete calendar of partner-facing marketing activity: co-marketing campaigns, fam trips, educational webinars, training, events, roadshow materials and sales tools, executed account by account and measured by the production they generate.

Responsibilities:

Build the annual trade marketing plan by market and by account, aligned with the Sales & Marketing action plan, the budget and the commercial priorities set by the VP Sales Americas and the DOS EMEA. This includes preparing, well in advance, a calendar of themes, values and angles to lead the conversation with partners throughout the year.

Own the trade marketing calendar campaigns, fam trips, events, training and partner communications and keep it visible to the wider commercial team.

Manage the trade marketing initiatives, tracking committed and actual spend per account and per action, and reporting return on investment.

Account visibility and co-marketing

Design and execute co-marketing campaigns with key accounts: newsletters, dedicated landing pages, catalogue and brochure placements, preferred-partner and member-benefit programmes, joint social and content actions.

Negotiate and secure SHA's presence in partners' own marketing channels, and ensure the brand is presented to SHA's standards wherever it appears.

Recover visibility in declining markets through targeted, account-level activation plans.

Fam trips, events and partner experience

Stay close to the fam trip programme for both properties and coordinate support around each visit: content capture, posting the visit, and follow-up action plans afterwards.

Support SHA's image, layout and collaterals at trade fairs, roadshows and partner events and own the preparation, materials

Prepare sales decks and fact sheets, and design and deliver partner training

Sales tools and trade content

Create and manage the trade partner intranet, keeping it updated with the most current and relevant material.

Support the creation and adaptation of a booking engine that is usable by trade partners.

Build and maintain the trade toolkit: rate sheets, programme one-pagers, presentations, image and video libraries, FAQ and objection-handling guides, in the languages the priority markets require.

Guarantee brand and message consistency across every trade-facing asset, in coordination with Brand Communications.

Own trade communications: partner newsletters, programme and opening announcements, promotional offers and seasonal campaigns.

Keep partner-facing platforms current extranets, consortia profiles and partner portals working with the Distribution Manager where content and rates intersect.

Analysis and reporting

Measure the return of every trade marketing action and feed conclusions back into the following period's plan.

Produce a monthly trade marketing report covering visibility achieved, audience reached, activity executed, pipeline, spend and results.

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in trade marketing, travel trade sales or partner marketing, in luxury hospitality, high-end travel, wellness or a comparable premium environment.

Hands-on knowledge of the travel trade ecosystem: tour operators, luxury consortia and agency networks, wellness and medical travel specialists, DMCs.

Proven track record of designing and executing co-marketing campaigns and partner events, with measurable commercial results.

Working command of graphic design and editing tools.

Strong interpersonal skills: empathy, ease with people and negotiation ability.

Comfort with numbers: production analysis, budget control and ROI measurement are a core part of the job, not an afterthought.

Experience in lucury hospitality, wellness tourism.

Spanish and English at full professional level, written and spoken.

University degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism or a related field.
