About the role

At SHA, we are looking for a Commercial Planning & Revenue Analyst to support our Commercial and Revenue teams during a maternity leave cover, based at our Global Corporate Headquarters in Madrid.

This role is ideal for a junior profile with a strong analytical mindset and interest in Revenue Management, looking to gain hands-on experience in an international, multi-property environment.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support commercial planning and follow-up of campaigns and promotions.

  • Analyze sales performance, pace and results by channel, market and segment (ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy, Pickup, Forecast).

  • Load, review and maintain rates and promotions in CRS and GDS, ensuring accuracy, parity and correct distribution.

  • Manage and monitor hotel connectivity with GDS-SiteMinder platforms and resolve connectivity, availability, and rate parity issues

  • Coordinate with PMS, CRS, RMS, and Channel Manager to ensure accurate rates, availability, and restrictions.

  • Optimize distribution across direct and indirect sales channels.

  • Update Sales & Marketing dashboards and recurring reports.

  • Prepare materials for commercial meetings, take minutes and follow up on action items.

  • Collaborate with Revenue, Sales, Marketing and Reservations teams.

  • Help keep the commercial offer up to date across trade partner platforms.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in Revenue Management, distribution or commercial analysis (hospitality experience is a plus).

  • Experience or familiarity with CRS / GDS / Channel Manager.

  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills; Power BI is a plus.

  • Analytical, detail-oriented and well-organized.

  • Fluent English is mandatory.
